Preventing and managing chronic disease for your patients of refugee background
This dynamic educational session is designed for primary care health professionals working with people of refugee background. An interactive case study will be presented with clinicians and the community problem-solving to identify the delivery of best practice care while acknowledging the constraints of General Practice.
